I’ve always been a big fan of food bloggers that transcribe food from pages into recipes for anyone to make. It brings a little of the story to life, especially for the books that seem to weave a magic with the way the authors describe the food within as almost integral to the story itself.
I found myself making many recipes from numerous websites, before realising that many didn’t quite fit the expectation I had or hadn’t yet been made before.
Also, as I do eat a strictly plant based diet, many of the recipes just don’t quite cater to that requirement and are tricky to convert. All the recipes on here have been made using plant based ingredients - so when butter is mentioned or milk, it is referring to a non-dairy substitute. However, they can also all be made with non-plant based ingredients with no issues or complicated conversions.
